Join the Contact Center team in Indianapolis, where RCI started over 40 years ago. Our core values from Wyndham Destinations enhanced by a shared history and passion for improving our members’ lives.

Guided Experiences

As a Travel Guide, you will be providing a guided experience for our members, finding them the perfect vacation that meets all their travel needs.

Development

Our mission is to find hard-working people from diverse backgrounds that fit our unique culture. We focus on developing our Travel Guides to follow their career interests, like other positions within RCI.
Many of our senior leaders in the Indianapolis office started as Travel Guides.
