How can my guest use their Guest Certificate?

• As the RCI^® subscribing member, you must set up the Guest Certificate for your guest – either on RCI.com or by calling an RCI Vacation Guide. When booking, select the option for “Guest Certificate” when you are prompted for whether you (as the member) or a guest will be checking in. Once set up, your Guest can work directly with our staff regarding their vacation plans.
• When your Guest’s vacation time arrives, all they will need is their ID in order to check in. The resort will already have the Guest Certificate name and information on-hand.
• It is important to note that your Guest (or you as the member) must be at least 21 years of age in order to check-in.
