Why should I enable Fingerprint or Touch ID to be used to login to my RCI Account?
In this latest upgrade, The RCI Member App offers Fingerprint or Touch ID authentication for both iOS and Android devices, which:
- identifies individuals,
- authenticates access quickly, and
- enhances the security of our app
When logging into the app for the first time, you are asked to “Enable Touch ID” via a pop-up message. You can also choose to disable or enable the Fingerprint feature in the “Settings” screen of your RCI Member app. Enabling Fingerprint Is not required to login to the app.
RCI does not collect or store the member’s Biometric information. Rather, the RCI Member App detects this information each time you login to the app via your device’s storage, if permitted by enabling us to do so.
