How do I recover my username or password?

If you can’t remember your username or password, don’t worry! It’s easy to recover it. Just follow these steps:

Step 1:

Visit the RCI.com homepage.

Step 2:

In the sign-in box at the top right of the screen, you’ll see Forgot Username or Password? at the bottom (under the blue SIGN IN button). Click on it to begin.

Step 3:

Enter the requested information and click CONTINUE.

Step 4:

For your username, an email will be sent to your inbox with your username. 

For your password, an email will be sent to your inbox with a link to re-set your password.
