Don’t be afraid to split up

Give everyone the freedom to enjoy their vacation. Consider “This or That” activities which give your group options while still bringing people together. Your RCI Group Reservation Specialist can suggest popular activities in your destination if you need ideas.

Flexibility is key

Getting a group to agree on dates and budget can be a hassle. RCI Group Reservations make it easier by not locking groups into a set number of nights or specific unit type. Individuals can customize their vacations while maintaining the group experience and not breaking the bank.

Flakey friends and procrastinatiors? No Problem.

After a room block is put in place, we usually give individuals 60 days to confirm their room. Unclaimed rooms are then returned to the resort without penalty. Guests who miss the deadline still have the potential to join the group later as long as the resort still has availability.
