Site Visits

Most couples would like to see their wedding venue ahead of time and meet their coordinator. Did you know that some resorts offer special discounts or credit towards your event when booking a site visit? Ask your RCI Group Reservation Specialist about how you can take advantage of this perk!

Legal vs. Symbolic Ceremonies

Ask your RCI Group Reservation Specialist to connect you with onsite planners to help you navigate the legal requirements in the country where you plan to get married. They can help you with things like necessary documents/ forms, blood tests, and making you aware of other required conditions. Or consider a Symbolic ceremony. Couples who get legally married beforehand can leave the paperwork at home and still have a beautiful wedding in paradise.

Book and Give Guests Notice in Advance

Be sure to lock in your ceremony location as soon as possible to ensure you get your first choice of venue and time. Your RCI Group Reservation Specialist can assist you in submitting your request to the resort. Once we secure your unit block we can also help you communicate with guests to ensure they have time to budget and plan accordingly.

South Asian Weddings

If you are looking to have a Hindu ceremony, many resorts offer specialized packages. These packages include popular Indian décor and cuisine and generally consist of 6 traditional events over 3 days. Talk with your RCI Group Reservation Specialist for a customized recommendation.
